SORNA Training and Technical Assistance Program

IIR will provide targeted training and technical assistance (TTA) to assist SORNA jurisdictions that have substantially implemented SORNA standards but need assistance maintaining their implementation status, as well as jurisdictions that have not but are attempting to substantially implement SORNA. Furthermore, the TTA provider will seek to assist jurisdictions that face legislative barriers or opposition to certain aspects of SORNA, making substantial implementation challenging, by developing and delivering targeted TTA to assist these jurisdictions in meeting SORNA standards that do not face opposition. Taken together, these efforts will assist in moving jurisdictions closer to implementing and maintaining their SORNA status. CA/NCF
