The following are the main goals for this proposed grant project: 1) Continue to employ SORNA Compliance Clerk and Data Records Clerk; 2) Establish Policy and Procedures for SORNA Compliance Officers; 3) Work with tribal council to recognize SORNA Compliance Officers; 4) Certify Officers through the Tribal Probation Academy; and 5) Continued collaboration and enforcement with tribal jurisdictions and agencies with sex offenders on and off the Fort Apache Indian Reservation.
