The Northern Cheyenne Tribe will use funds to employ multiple staff to support and enhance the tribe’s SORNA program, including a lead sex offender compliance officer and sex offender compliance officer, and a Healing Hearts DV Director, who will oversee SORNA grant operations, supervision of staff and reporting.
