The goals of this project are to enhance the tribes sex offender notification infrastructure; continue Tribal Access Program (TAP) expansion for tribal, federal convicted sex offenders and long-term progress of TAP through compliance and maintenance; continue collaboration with tribal jurisdictions and agencies on expanding policy and tribal criminal code dealing with sex offenders on and off the Fort Apache Indian Reservation; continue collaboration to include proactive response to reintegration methods and programs; and retain the SORNA compliance specialist.
