Seneca Cayuga Nation Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA) Department

The goals of this project are to train the newly hired full-time SORNA coordinator to oversee, maintain and expand the program; update, maintain and revise policies and procedures as necessary to maintain SORNA compliance; maintain TTSORS as necessary to maintain SORNA compliance; continue developing relationships and service MOUs with other tribes and law enforcement entities; and integrate the Nation’s SORNA Program with the state of Oklahoma so that immediate data entry into NCIC/NSOR can occur.
