Caddo Nation SORNA Enhancement Program

The Caddo Nation of Oklahoma’s SORNA program will work to develop and conduct training to include officer safety for criminal justice personnel responsible for sex offender registration, notification, monitoring, management and investigations of failure to register; enforce the 21-day advance notice of international travel requirement; enhance infrastructure by fully implementing TAP during the grant period; enhance the community education program on sex offender topics including collaboration of victim service agencies; implement provisions to records management to no longer use hard copy files, only digital; enhance public website to make information available to the public; and develop an interagency, inter-tribal and tribal-state collaborative agreement to enhance information sharing.
