Funds will be used to continue to digitize antiquated paper files, which will provide increased record search and review capabilities; support state and local law enforcement for offender compliance checks and absconder investigations, which promotes offender accountability and community safety; case reviews; and provide resources for victim notification and education for victims who have been traumatized by the most serious sexual offenders.
