Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s comprehensive plan will address deficiencies in registration information quality and distribution, monitoring operations and preparedness of registry personnel. TBI plans to use AWA funds to increase capacity by: implementing technology updates to SOR Main and Mobile Applications; ensuring comprehensive and accurate data is being transmitting to the National Criminal Intelligence Center; supporting compliance check operations with local law enforcement and U.S. Marshals; and improving TBI’s annual SOR Conference.
