SMART FY 2024 Support for Adam Walsh Act Implementation Grant Program: Puerto Rico Department of Justice

Puerto Rico Department of Justice will use AWA funding to strengthen the process of entry, validation and updating of criminal records in the Integrated Criminal Registry (RCI) system. Funding will support salaries and fringe benefits of 11 fulltime Quality Control Technicians who will improve electronic criminal records; equipment; and a procurement contract that provides operational maintenance for the RCI system and the Sex Offender Registry.
