SMART FY 2024 Support for Adam Walsh Act Implementation Grant Program: Standing Rock Sioux

The Standing Rock Sioux Tribe will use AWA funding to continue to develop and enhance its sex offender registry office and maintain SORNA implementation, as well as to continue to meet the requirements of SORNA. Grant funding will allow the continuation of current registry personnel, as well as SORNA activities, including assisting offenders in reintegrating into the community, holding a community awareness campaign and collaborating with local and federal law enforcement.
