SMART FY 2024 Support for Adam Walsh Act Implementation Grant Program: Maryland Department of Public Safety and Corrections

Maryland Department of Public Safety and Corrections will use AWA grant funds to support three activities: 1) The Sex Offender Registry Training Project, which will provide SOR training state law enforcement; 2) the Maryland Support of Local Enforcement Project, which will provide local jurisdictions with sex offender registrant reimbursement, and 3) Project Securitas, which will support the migration of historical registration data from the previous offender management system into the current system.
