Kentucky Justice and Public Safety Cabinet will use AWA grant funds to implement improvements identified in its SORNA substantial implementation review. To support this effort, the state will use the grant funds to retain sex offender probation and parole officers to register and monitor sex offenders. Additionally, the funds will support training and travel.
