FY 2023 Support for Adam Walsh Act Implementation Grant Program

The Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe will use AWA grant funds to improve sex offender compliance and management through enhanced training on management and compliance of sex offenders and strengthen partnerships with local law enforcement agencies including data sharing enhancements. Additional goals include increasing officer access to offender records/data electronically and digitally via updated hardware and software and increasing officer access via updates to tribal dispatch supplies.
