FY 2023 Support for Adam Walsh Act Implementation Grant Program

The Miami Tribe of Oklahoma will use AWA grant funds to support personnel salary and mandatory training, as well as a patrol vehicle. The SORNA officer will work in collaboration with the Sex Offender Task Force established by the Miami Tribe, actively participate in strategic efforts to improve the safety and security of the community, maintain the Tribe’s sex offender registry and notification records and procedures, and provide reports to the Business Committee as directed by the supervisor.
