FY 2023 Support for Adam Walsh Act Implementation Grant Program

The Muscogee Creek Nation will use AWA grant funds to 1) expand and enhance the Nation’s SORNA program into a sustainable program that will meet the needs of the reservation; 2) expand a sustainable and practical program that addresses the issues of sex offenders not registering upon entering tribal property; 3) reach Nation citizens and other American Indians/Alaskan Natives with information to provide education on the SORNA program; and 4) protect Nation citizens, resident American Indians/Alaskan Natives and the general public.
