Wyoming will use these funds to 1) maintain and enhance jurisdiction wide compliance with SORNA requirements in the state through technological advancements and continued usage of the functions of the sex offender registration program, and 2) enhance biometric sample collection and analysis by the Wyoming State Crime Laboratory DNA staff while working to decrease DNA processing time and eliminate backlog.
