Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head (Aquinnah) Adam Walsh Act Implementation phase II

The Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head (Aquinnah) will use grant funds to work to fully implement its sex offender registration system and sustain registration activities by purchasing new palm scanning equipment to replace outdated ones; establishing IT connections and troubleshooting; communicating and coordinating with federal, state and local partners; reviewing legal policies, procedures and processes; and coordinating and building capacity of the tribal judiciary system.
