Grants Management Specialist

Kisha W. Green is a Grants Management Specialist in the Office of Sex Offender Sentencing, Monitoring, Apprehending, Registering, and Tracking (SMART) within the Office of Justice Programs, United States Department of Justice. Prior to joining the SMART Office, Mrs. Green served as a Victim Justice Program Specialist with the Office for Victims of Crime (OVC). Her grant portfolio included managing over $1 billion in federal grants funds for formula and competitive grants. During her 11 1/2 years with OVC, Kisha worked on the State Compensation and Assistance and Human Trafficking Teams. Mrs. Green brings extensive experience in grant management and victim services.

Mrs. Green received her B.S. in International Business from Strayer University, Washington, D.C.
